Tyler Oakley the Slaying Queen

Tyler Oakley is a 26-year-old YouTuber who spends his days making beautiful people laugh. Tyler is well known for dyeing his hair; he has done purple, green, blue, white, brown and many others. Tyler currently has 7,679,349 subscribers on his YouTube channel. Tyler Oakley is gay and he is very proud of who he is.

Back in 2008 he made a video about the importance of being authentic to yourself and about coming out, and a few years later he got a tweet one morning on National Coming Out Day from Ricky Martin. Martin said that the video was part of the reason he felt ready to share his story.

Tyler has a very close relationship with his mother and featured her in several of his videos. His mom refers to herself as Mama Jackie.
