By Destinee Berry November 4, 2014 School year 2014/15

Jennifer Gray studied science at Western Michigan University and graduated in 1997. She is now a science teacher at DaVinci Academy who teaches a broad range of subjects including: Aeronautics, Physics, Biology, Astronomy, Anatomy, and Genetics. Mrs. Gray first came to DaVinci after she and her husband lost their jobs in Michigan. Countless interviews later, they found DaVinci, ultimately deciding it was the best fit. Her husband Mr. Gray also teaches here.

Her favorite DaVinci tradition is when the school joins together to give back to the community on Christmas. Her favorite book is “Cartoon Physics,” a book filled with jokes only a science person can understand. Her favorite food, though it was hard to decide, is homemade lasagna. Mrs. Gray has three cats and a hamster named Lila. Her hobbies include outdoor things such as hiking, biking, and camping. She plans to continue teaching at DaVinci for a while.
