I Want You to Appreciate Your Teachers!
Give ’em a round of applause!
Monday, the 4th of May, commenced the start of Teacher Appreciation Week. This has been a tradition here at DASA for quite some time. It is one full school week where all of the teachers get goodies from the PTSO and some of the students.
Teachers receive anything from the standard kissing-up-to-you apple to a coffee mug or a hand drawn portrait. They are always appreciative no matter how big or small the present is.
This week’s line up is:
- Monday: Draw a picture of your teacher and give it to them
- Tuesday: Bring a Thank You note to your teacher
- Wednesday: Write/bring a poem for your teacher
- Thursday: Wear your teacher’s favorite color
- Friday: Bring/create a flower for your teacher
Participate and show our teachers how truly amazing they are! They work really hard and deal with our crazy shenanigans.
